This page explains what the Supabrain website (supabrain.io) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest. Questions: hello@supabrain.io.
Who we are
Supabrain is a local-first memory tool for AI agents. For anything in this policy, the data controller is reachable at hello@supabrain.io.
What we collect, and why
Nothing in the first two rows runs until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you Decline (or never choose), no analytics or session replay are collected at all.

We do not sell your data, run ad networks, or use it to train AI models. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
Cookies & local storage
The site itself stores two small values in your browser's local storage; PostHog sets its own only after you accept.

Where your data goes
- PostHog — our analytics & replay processor, hosted in the EU (eu.posthog.com). Session recordings are retained for 30 days.
- Supabase — stores early-access waitlist submissions in our database. Access is restricted (the list is not publicly readable).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent — at any time, free of charge. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
- Withdraw / change consent: use Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or the button below.
- Everything else: email hello@supabrain.io and we'll action it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes that affect what we collect will reset your consent choice so you're asked again.
